At Devine Construction Inc. we are a team of seasoned professional builders and we use the latest techniques and approaches for our jobs. We handle the most complicated architectural designs with a positive “can do” attitude. Our company is an open forum- we seek input from the client, designers, vendors, speciality contractors and our own staff to achieve a collaborative effort on all the building projects that we select to pursue

Joe Devine has over 25 years in the building industry working in many different trades to complement the general contractor license and make his company more versatile. Our professional builders have completed numerous residential, commercial and multi-family projects in the Napa/Sonoma area. Devine Construction is a current member of the BNI Napa network and has a fabrication shop in Sonoma. In the past two decades we have cultivated a great client list with repeat customers in the north bay. Devine Construction has over 20 years of building locally in the Napa-Sonoma area.

We specialize in customer relations and service to meet the expectations of our clients. From small remodeling projects to new construction and light commercial. Our construction company in Napa handles many trades in house or with a select group of professional sub contractors. Our goal is to produce quality and comfort for our clients, using the most modern green building practices.

Joe has lived in Napa for 20 years with his wife and two kids. “I feel fortunate that I get to do what I love and work with great people to achieve their goals and improve the places they live and work.”
