Because of the close relationship of the Owner and Contracting Team, or Owner, Architect, and Contractor (OAC), it's important to find a full service construction company that shares your style and vision. If we are brought on early in the design process, we can work with the client to develop and scope timeline and budget projections. Once into construction we stay in close contact with the Owners or Architect to discuss progress, discoveries and any changes to job scope.
